Things to do on a cruise ship in the North Sea during December! My three teenagers enjoying the outdoor facilities on Fred Olsens Balmoral. My son Rhys transited the Kiel Canal in the hot tub for 3 1/2 hours. in the snow, and had a standing ovation from the Palms Cafe when he finally got out!
